Announcing the Launch of Vietnam Rise Fellowship Program for Social Movement Leaders in Vietnam
We are excited to announce the launch of our Fellowship Program, an initiative designed to empower and strengthen grassroots leadership in Vietnam. This program aims to support activists who are driving social change by providing them with opportunities for cross-sector collaboration, skill-building, and coaching to enhance their leadership capacities.
The Fellowship Program offers a platform for community leaders at the forefront of social movements in Vietnam to connect, learn from one another, and gain access to resources. By fostering deep understanding and empathy across diverse movements, the program will help fellows build the skills needed to tackle the complex challenges facing their communities.
Key Benefits for Fellows:
Individual Coaching: Fellows will receive personalized coaching from Program Managers to help refine their action plans and enhance the impact of their projects.
Stipend: Fellows will be provided with a stipend to support their work and initiatives.
Social Movement Leadership Training: This training will equip fellows with essential skills for organizing and leading social movements in the current socio-political landscape of Vietnam.
Collaboration: Fellows will have the opportunity to build relationships with a diverse group of activists through roundtables and collaborative activities designed to deepen their understanding of each other's movements and challenges.
Program Duration: March – September 2025
Who Should Apply: This program is open to individuals who have demonstrated leadership and commitment in advancing civil society in Vietnam, through grassroots activism, advocacy, or innovative initiatives in areas such as social justice, human rights, environmental sustainability, or community empowerment.
